How long until my order arrives?
Production takes 3–5 business days, then U.S. shipping takes 5–10 business days. Each product page shows a date estimate before you pay. Shipping Info

How much is shipping?
U.S.: $6.99 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item. International: $15.00 for the first item + $6.00 for each additional item. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to the countries offered at checkout. Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 6 hours of ordering. Cancellation & Modification Policy

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or our Track Order page.

Products & sizing

Are your products made of bamboo?
No. Our name refers to how bamboo grows together from one root. The material of each item is listed on its product page.

Can everyone in my group choose a different size?
Yes. Every piece is printed individually, so add each size to the same cart. There is no minimum per size or per design.

How do I choose a size?
Each product has a size chart. Measure a garment you already like and compare. Between sizes? Size up. Size charts

How should I wash my items?
Inside out, cold water, mild detergent, no bleach; tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by the provider you choose; we never see or store your full card number.

Returns

What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Email photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. Returns & Refunds Policy

Can I return something that doesn’t fit?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn and unwashed; return shipping is paid by the customer.
