Shipping info
Every item is made after you order. Here is exactly how long that takes and what shipping costs.
1. Delivery times and shipping cost
After your payment is confirmed, your item is printed and packed, then handed to the carrier. One table covers every item:

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time start counting on the next business day.
Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, we are not able to ship there yet. Each product page also shows a date-based estimate for that specific item.
2. Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.
3. Delays, lost or damaged packages
- Delayed: weather, peak seasons and carrier issues can add time. If your order is past its estimate, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.
- Marked delivered but missing: check around your property and with neighbors, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- Arrived damaged: email photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. International duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Addresses
We ship each order to one address. Please double-check it at checkout; address changes are possible only before the order ships — see the Cancellation & Modification Policy.
